Introduction

The main affairs of the Personnel Office are managing organization, appointment, employment, recruitment, promotion, resignation, dealing with their salary scales, achievement, merits, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related matters.
According to the organization regulations of National Taiwan Normal University and related regulations, the Personnel Department is divided into four divisions-- Recruitment and Employment Division, Assessment and Development Division , Compensation and Benefit Division , and Project Human Resources Division.
